All my shipments have a tracking code
TO ITALY AND EUROPE SHIPPING ARE PERFORMED ONLY IN EXPRESS MODE.

Countries outside Europe can choose between standard or express shipping for the articles in which it is enabled; you can check it directly into the shipping profile of the listing

Damaged goods

If you received a damaged goods, you can ask for a refund or replacement including custom order.
Contact me as soon as possible within 14 days.
Please enclose photos of the damage! Without this data I can not start the refund or replacement procedure.

Custom & personalized orders return policy

BY CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS we mean something personal applied to it such as engravings, dedications, structural or decorative changes that due to its peculiarity linked to the personal individuality of the customer, it would not be possible to find a new potential buyer.

THEREFORE: orders that fall into this category cannot be returned and refunds are provided exclusively in the event of damaged goods. In this case, always contact me within 14 working days of delivery with photos of the damage.

PLEASE NOTE: The choice of colours, dimensions or other selectable modifications that you usually find available in the listing options or similar small modifications on request, do not affect the right of return.

Care instructions

Ceramics must be treated as such. I 'm not responsible for any damage caused by your carelessness.
Avoid falls, collisions, bumps and pay attention to the finer parts.
DO NOT POUR COLORS, AGGRESSIVE DETERGENTS and CHEMICAL PRODUCTS on them.
CLEAN MANUALLY ONLY with a duster or a sponge soaked in water. If necessary, use only natural and gentle cleansers.

I don't recommend the use of my ceramics in contact with food and they cannot be used as a course. Exceptions can be made with due precautions such as for foods with peel or wrapped (Eg: nuts, bananas, candies). An exception can also be made for powdered or dehydrated foods (Eg: coffee, sugar, herbal teas, biscuits) as long as they are placed in a food bag.

Product details

As in all handcrafted productions, the "made to order" items will never be identical in shape and color to the photos of the respective listings and will always present unique iridescences and peculiarities.
This does not apply to ready-to-ship one-of-a-kind pieces that are true to the photos shown.

Packaging and storage

I Using special materials to send my ceramics in complete safety.
UNPACK the item gently and CAREFULLY, or you risk breaking it.
DO NOT THROW OR DAMAGE THE PACKAGING! keep it aside for at least 21 days from delivery for any returns.
Any packaging costs will not be at my expense so take care to store it properly.

Important information regarding shipments

All my shipments are traceable and require delivery to the recipient (or someone at the address).
Check your shipment from time to time because if the postman does not find anyone after several attempts, the shipment will be stored for a few days at the post office closest to the address. At the end of the storage period, the package will be returned to the sender and any return costs will be at your expense.
For this reason IT IS ALWAYS USEFUL to write me your phone number, so the local postman can use it to arrange the delivery.

Wholesale availability

Wholesale sales only by discrete quantities of products and I can propose a cheaper price. please contact me for a quote by specifying the products you wish to buy and the amount. I'll answer as soon as possible and once you agreed the price I will proceed to create a reserved listing.
